By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

1. Products and Accuracy

We specialize in scale model diecast cars. While we attempt to be as accurate as possible:

Visual Representation: The colors you see on your screen may differ slightly from the actual product due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.

2. Pricing and Payments

All prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, even if your credit card has been charged (in which case a full refund will be issued).

We reserve the right to change and update the product prices as and when needed, depending on forex rates and distributor prices.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Dispatch: Orders are generally dispatched within 5 business days of payment confirmation.

Transit Times: Delivery timelines provided are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

Risk of Loss: All items are purchased pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns and Cancellation

By purchasing from us, you explicitly agree to our Returns & Cancellation Policy, which states:

All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless in specific cases. Please read our policy

Reporting Window: Issues must be reported via Email or WhatsApp within 24-48 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Proof: A continuous, uncut unboxing video is required for any claim to be considered.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Model Car Seller shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the possession, use, or malfunction of the products purchased. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by the customer for the product.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Calcutta High Court
