The price you see listed on the product page is the final price for the item (inclusive of GST). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. There are no surprise customs fees for you to pay on delivery.

Due to the high value and fragile nature of these collectibles, we only accept prepaid orders. This ensures serious inquiries and allows us to focus on safe packaging.

Yes! For in-stock items, if you are unsure, message us on WhatsApp with the specific model name. We can share a quick photo of the actual box from our warehouse so you know exactly what you are buying.

These are high-precision scale models intended for adult collectors, not toys. They contain small, fragile parts and are not suitable for children under 14 years of age.

We inspect every item before shipping to ensure the model itself is perfect. However, we cannot guarantee that the outer cardboard box will arrive in "Gem Mint" condition due to courier handling. Minor creases or corner dings on packaging are not considered defects.

We are collectors ourselves and understand the risks. We use multi-layer bubble wrap, sturdy 5-ply corrugated boxes, and fillers to ensure your model cannot move inside the box during transit. It is BOMB PROOF !!

Yes. Once your order is dispatched (usually within 1-5 days), we will email or WhatsApp you the tracking number immediately.

Standard shipping does not cover insurance. If a parcel is lost or crushed by the courier, we are not liable unless you have opted for Transit Insurance (available at an extra cost)

Pre-order items are imported specifically for you. Timelines (30–60 days) depend on international logistics, customs clearance, and manufacturer release dates. These factors are outside our control
