Yes. We only sell 100% original, licensed diecast and resin models sourced directly from authorized distributors or manufacturers. We do not sell bootlegs or unauthorized replicas.

Not all. High-end resin models are often "sealed body" to prioritize perfect proportions and exterior detail over moving parts. "Diecast" models usually have opening parts. Please read the specific product description to confirm if a model opens or is sealed.

Yes, we ship to every pincode of India. We use logistics company like India Post EMS, Delhivery and Tirupati in India to send your items. There isn't a single pincode that we haven't touched yet.

Our models are intended for adult collectors (14+), not for children. These are officially car brand licensed models which are made in limited numbers. They feature delicate photo-etched parts, accurate badges, and fragile mirrors that can break if handled roughly. They are for display, not for play.

The price you see listed on the product page is the final price for the item (inclusive of GST). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. There are no surprise customs fees for you to pay on delivery.

Due to the high value and fragile nature of these collectibles, we only accept prepaid orders. This ensures serious inquiries and allows us to focus on safe packaging.

Yes! For in-stock items, if you are unsure, message us on WhatsApp with the specific model name. We can share a quick photo of the actual box from our warehouse so you know exactly what you are buying.

We inspect every item before shipping to ensure the model itself is perfect. However, we cannot guarantee that the outer cardboard box will arrive in "Gem Mint" condition due to courier handling. Minor creases or corner dings on packaging are not considered defects.

We are collectors ourselves and understand the risks. We use multi-layer bubble wrap, sturdy 5-ply corrugated boxes, and fillers to ensure your model cannot move inside the box during transit. Yes. Once your order is dispatched (usually within 1-5 days), we will email or WhatsApp you the tracking number immediately.

Yes! If you want to buy one model now and add another later, message us immediately. We can combine shipments to save you shipping costs if the first order hasn't left our facility.

Standard shipping does not cover insurance. If a parcel is lost or crushed by the courier, we are not liable unless you have opted for Transit Insurance (available at an extra cost)

Pre-order items are imported specifically for you. Timelines (30–60 days) depend on international logistics, customs clearance, and manufacturer release dates. These factors are outside our control
