1. Processing & Dispatch

Once an order is confirmed, it is typically processed, packed, and dispatched within 1–5 business days. Tracking information will be sent to your registered email or via WhatsApp immediately after the order is fulfilled.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

We utilize a network of trusted courier partners to ensure broad coverage across India.

Courier Partners: We primarily use India Post EMS, Delhivery, Tirupati, 

Delivery Estimates:

Private Couriers (Surface): ~5 business days.

Private Couriers (Air): 1–3 business days.

India Post: 7–8 days (timeline varies by remote locations).

3. International Shipping

We offer global shipping for international collectors.

Carrier: All international shipments are dispatched via India Post EMS to ensure reliability and tracking.

Rates: Shipping costs vary based on package weight and destination country.

4. Transit Risk & Insurance (Important)

Standard Liability: Our standard shipping rates do not include insurance. 

Optional Insurance: For high-value items, we strongly recommend purchasing transit insurance. You may opt to insure your shipment against loss or damage for an additional cost. Please request this explicitly at the time of purchase.

5. Delays & Holidays

Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, external factors (such as severe weather, courier strikes, or logistical backlogs) may cause delays beyond our control. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

Public Holidays: Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on National Public Holidays.
