At Model Car Seller, we offer customers the ability to secure exclusive, high-demand models before they reach the general market. Please read the terms below carefully to understand how our Booking and Balance Payment system works.

1. How Pre-Orders Work (The Booking Model)

Unlike standard purchases, pre-orders at Model Car Seller are a two-step payment process.

Step 1: The Booking Amount (Paid Now):

The price you see at checkout is NOT the full price of the model. It is a partial advance payment (typically 20–50%) required to reserve your unit with the manufacturer.

Step 2: The Balance Payment (Paid Upon Arrival):

Once the stock physically arrives at our warehouse, you will be required to pay the remaining balance before we ship the item.

2. Estimated Timelines

Please note that all dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and are subject to change.

Standard Pre-Orders: For items already released globally but being imported for you, the estimated timeline is 30–60 days.

Future Releases: For items announced for future release (e.g., Q1 2026), timelines are subject to manufacturer production schedules. Delays of 2–3 months beyond the official release date are common in this industry. We appreciate your patience.

3. The Fulfillment Process

Reservation: You pay the Booking Amount on our website.

Import: We confirm the order with our suppliers.

Arrival Notification: When the stock arrives in India, we will contact you via WhatsApp. Please ensure the phone number provided at checkout is active on WhatsApp.

Final Payment: You will receive a link or details to clear the remaining balance.

Dispatch: Once the balance is cleared, your order is shipped within 24 hours.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

If WE Cannot Fulfill:

If the manufacturer cancels production or we are unable to source the item for any reason, you will receive a 100% Refund of your booking amount immediately.

If YOU Cancel:

Within 24 Hours: Full refund (minus 3% processing fee).

After 24 Hours: The booking amount is non-refundable as funds have already been transferred to secure your unit.

5. Failure to Pay Balance

Once notified of arrival via WhatsApp, you have 7 days to clear the remaining balance.

If the balance is not cleared within this window, Model Car Seller reserves the right to cancel your booking and forfeit the advance payment to cover import costs. The unit will then be offered to the next customer on the waitlist.

6. International Orders

This website handles domestic (India) pre-orders only. For international pre-order inquiries, please contact us directly before booking.
